A method for investigation mitochondrial breath of acinar cells of pancreatic gland in situ, according to which the suspension of isolated acinus of pancreatic gland is produced, the isolation medium is changed to incubation medium, plasmatic membrane of the cells is permeabilized by non-ionogenic detergent – digitonin, and the permeability level of plasmatic membrane is controlled, and oxygen uptake rate is registered by polarographic method. Sucrose is used as an osmotic component of incubation medium. |
