PURPOSE: A hard coating composition is provided to improve pencil hardness, and scratch resistance, maintaining excellent transparency, impact resistance, flexibility, and solvent resistance, thereby capable of improving physical properties of a hard coating layer, and improving production yield and reliability. CONSTITUTION: A hard coating composition comprises an impact reinforcing agent, a photopolymerizable compound, and a photopolymerization initiator. The impact reinforcing agent(200) comprises a rubber core(120), and a shell of one or more layers(130). The reflectivity of the shell of the impact reinforcing agent is 1.45-1.51. The rubber core comprises one or more kinds selected from a group consisting of one or more monomers selected from polybutylacrylate, and polystyrene. The shell is one or more kinds selected form an acrylic resin, polyester, and polyvinylcarbonate. A hard coating laminate comprises a substrate, and the hard coating composition coated on the substrate. |
