PURPOSE: A twin ring edge clinching device is provided to give stability to users who use booklets in which the twin ring is applied. CONSTITUTION: A twin ring edge clinching device comprises an installation part(100), a transfer part(200), a cutting-clinch part(300), an operation part and a control panel. The twin ring is installed to the mounting unit. The transport unit transfers the twin ring. The cutting-clinching part cuts the transferred twin ring and bends the edge of the cut twin ring. The cutting - clinching part is installed to a Z-axis operating unit. The control panel controls the operation of the transport unit so that the twin ring can be transferred as much as the fixed length. The control panel controls the operation of the Z-axis operating unit so that the twin ring can be cut and the edge of the twin ring can be bent. |
