ELECTRODE FOR HIGH-FREQUENCY DIELECTRIC HEATING

PURPOSE: A high frequency dielectric heating electrode is provided to maximize temperature difference between inside and outside of the heated glass substrate by forming water cooling rods inside an upper electrode part and a lower electrode part. CONSTITUTION: A high frequency dielectric heating electrode comprises an upper electrode part(131) and a lower electrode part(132). The upper electrode part includes a first cylindrical body and a pattern is formed on the first cylindrical body surface. The lower electrode part includes a second cylindrical body and concurrently drives the lower and upper electrode parts in order for the pattern of the upper electrode part to be transcribed on the glass substrate. Water cooling rods(133,134) are formed inside the upper and lower electrode parts. The high frequency dielectric heating electrode is installed between a glass substrates heating portion and a glass substrates cooling part.
