A method for treating vestibular dysfunction in the patients with diabetes mellitus comprises the use of the drugs normalizing the state of the vascular walls in the vessels of vertebrobasilar system, metabolic and cochleovestibular disorders. Atorvastatin is taken per os at a daily dose of 80 mg for 30 days. The succinic acid is taken at a dose of 10 mg for 10 days. The autologous stem cells are injected parameatally, and phonophoresis is provided. |
