METHOD FOR EVALUATION OF EFFICTIENCY OF PROTECTIVE EFFECT OF SUFAN AT RUBOMYCINUM CARDIO-MYOPATHY

Disclosed is a method for evaluation of efficiency of protective effect of sufan at rubomycinum cardio-myopathy through investigation of tissue of parodontium of rats by means of peroxidation products. One determines the level of accumulation of malonic dialdehyde and glutathione in tissues of cerebrum and myocardium of rats poisoned with rubomycinum, before and after effect of sufan, with comparison to control, and at normalization of characteristics one evaluates efficiency of protective effect of sufan.
