<p>PURPOSE: A transparent electrode, an organic light-emitting device including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to prevent an indication error by preventing a pin hole to be formed on the transparent electrode which is composed of a conductive oxide. CONSTITUTION: A transparent electrode(190) comprises a bottom side light transmitting layer(191), a metal layer(192), and a top side light transmitting layer(193). The bottom side light transmitting layer is composed of a transparent conductive oxide. The metal layer prevents the delay of a signal by improving conductivity of the transparent electrode. The top side light transmitting layer comprises two conductive oxide layers(193p, 193r) and a metal catalytic layer(193q). The metal catalytic layer is inserted between the two conductive oxide layers.</p> |
