INVERTED ORGANIC LIGHT-EMITTING DIODE AND FLAT DISPLAY DEVICE COMPRISING THE SAME

PURPOSE: An inverted organic light emitting device and a flat display device including the same are provided to improve luminous efficiency by lowering an energy barrier between a first electron transport layer and a second electron transport layer. CONSTITUTION: A primary electron transport layer(23) includes a first electron transport material and an n-type dopant. A second electron transport layer(24) is formed on the first electron transport layer and includes a second electron transport material. A fluorescent layer is formed on the second electron transport layer. A hole transport layer(27) is formed on a light emitting layer. An anode(29) is formed on the hole transport layer. The difference between an absolute value of an LUMO(Lowest Unoccupied Molecular Orbit) of the second electron transport layer and the absolute value of the LUMO of the first electron transport layer is 0 to 0.2eV.
