META-ARAMIDE FILM AND PREPARING THEREOF

PURPOSE: A manufacturing method of a meta aramid film is provided to be able to directly manufacture a meta aramid film without additional particle-mixing, and flock or fibrid manufacturing process. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of a meta aramid film comprises: a polymerization step reacting m-phenylene diamine, and isophthaloyl chloride; a neutralization step adding calcium hydroxide for neutralizing hydrochloric acid, which is a by-product at the polymerization step; a casting step removing bubbles of the polymer, and forming a film shape from the polymer; a step of washing the casted meta aramid film at room temperature; and a step of drying the washed film.
