APPARATUS FOR MEASURING TEMPERATURE

PURPOSE: A temperature measuring device is provided to measure a temperature of an ingot being grown along a seed being upwardly driven change a measurement point by changing a position of a temperature measuring sensor. CONSTITUTION: A temperature measuring device comprises a fixing plate(200), a support plate(300), a sensor rod(400), and a sensor position controller(500). The fixing plate is joined to the outer circumference of a chamber to shield a window and a measurement hole is formed in the central part of the fixing plate. The support plate is joined to the lower part of the other side of the fixing plate to be projected to the outside of the chamber. A sensor moving hole is formed in the support plate by being adjacent to the fixing plate. The sensor rod comprises a temperature measuring sensor. The temperature measuring sensor inserted into the sensor moving hole, thereby measuring a temperature of an object through the measurement hole. The sensor position controller is loaded on the top of the support plate.
