PURPOSE: A stretching and bending apparatus is provided to disperse the load concentrated on a bent portion of a formed beam by supporting a connection part between the top and both sides of a formed beam in a round manner. CONSTITUTION: A stretching and bending apparatus(100) comprises a bending die(10), a bending mold unit(30), a pair of moving units(50), and a roll mold unit(70). The bending mold unit comprises a pair of rotary molds corresponding to both sides of a formed beam(1) and a fixed mold corresponding to the center of the formed beam. The pair of moving units are rotated from the center toward both ends of the formed beam fixed to the bending mold unit. The roll mold unit presses the top and both sides of the formed beam with rollers to bend the formed beam. The roll mold unit comprises a first roller member(73) and a pair of second roller members(77). The first roller member is vertically moved by a vertical cylinder(71) to press the top of the formed beam and rotated. The pair of second roller members are horizontally moved by a horizontal cylinder(75) to press both sides of the formed beam and rotated.
