PURPOSE: A method for fabricating polyurethane urea elastic yarn is provided to enhance productivity without reduction of physical property of grey yarns. CONSTITUTION: A method for fabricating polyurethane urea elastic yarn comprises: a step of primarily polymerizing polyols and excessive amount of diisocyanate to prepare pre-polymers; and a step of dissolving the pre-polymers in organic solvent and adding chain extenders to prepare polyurethane urea. The polyol has first polyols having molecular weight of 1,000-2,000 and second polyols having molecular weight of 2,000-3,500. The first and second polyols contain polyether-based glycol, polyester-based glycol, polypropylene glycol, and 3-methyl tetrahydro furans. |
