PURPOSE: An array testing apparatus is provided to prevent the formation of an air layer by successively advancing suction of air through a plurality of air suction holes and accurately inspect a glass panel. CONSTITUTION: A plurality of air suction holes is formed on a support plate. A plurality of suction tubes is connected with each air suction hole. An air suction device(80) is connected with the plurality of suction tubes and sucks air. A suction tube opening/closing device(83) opens and closes plurality of suction tubes by being connected with each suction tube. A control device(50) controls an operation of the suction tube opening/closing device in order to successively block the spray of the air from a plurality of air spaying holes.
