PURPOSE: A blood glucose measuring module, a smart phone combinable with the module, and a blood glucose measuring method using the smart phone are provided to obtain various application of data by combining a blood glucose measuring module with a smart phone. CONSTITUTION: A main body(110) comprises a blood-glucose measuring part for measuring the blood glucose content of blood absorbed into a test strip and a central processing part for calculating and transmitting the blood glucose content measurement result. The main body is formed with a strip insertion hole(120) having a structure for inserting the test strip and a plug(130) having a structure for connecting to a socket of a smart phone.
