摘要 PURPOSE: A phospholipid nanoparticle for MR-guided high-intensity focused ultrasound treatment and diagnosis is provided to enable hihg-intensity focused ultrasound treatment and monitoring by MR. CONSTITUTION: A phospholipid nanoparticle contains decafluoropentane(C5F12) gas in an internal region of hydrogen. The nanoparticles are is labeled with PEG350 and forms an internal hydrophobic layer by uniformly binding fatty acid chain of phospholipid and hydrophoilic bond of the surfactant. A T1 constrast contains gadolium or ferric oxide.
