Light-emitting diodes consisting of a nitride-gallium heterojunction InGaN, provided with an organosilicon polymer-based luminescent converter, inside of which said photoluminescent phosphor is located, has luminous intensity of about 300 Cd for aperture angle 2 greater than or equal to 16, light output of 85-95 lm/W for excitation mode 3.5 V and 120 mA.
