FIELD: physics. ^ SUBSTANCE: photoluminescent phosphor has the formula (Ln)3Al5.x.y.pLiyMgx/2Six/2Fq/3012-qN2y+q/2, where 0.001ëñxëñ0.05; 0.0001ëñyëñ0.05; 0.001ëñqëñ0.02; has a cubic structure of yttrium aluminium garnet with lattice constant a less than or equal to 11.99 . Grains of the photoluminescent phosphor have an oval shape and have blind pores with radius 6.6847 . The sum of chromaticity coordinates x and y is greater than or equal to 0.89, colour purity is greater than or equal to 0.85. Light-emitting diodes consisting of a nitride-gallium heterojunction InGaN, provided with an organosilicon polymer-based luminescent converter, inside of which said photoluminescent phosphor is located, has luminous intensity of about 300 Cd for aperture angle 2 greater than or equal to 16, light output of 85-95 lm/W for excitation mode 3.5 V and 120 mA.
