SKIN EXTERNAL COMPOSITION CONTAINING SULFORAPHANE

PURPOSE: An external use skin composition containing sulforaphane is provided to suppress skin inflammation and to relieve atopic dermatitis. CONSTITUTION: An external use skin composition for treating atopic dermatitis contains 0.01-5 wt% of sulforaphane of chemical formula 1. An external use skin composition for anti-inflammation contains sulforaphane isolated from Brussels sprouts, cauliflower, kale, bok choy, arugula, collards, kohlrabi, turnip, red radish, and watercress. The composition is manufactured in the form of cosmetics such as cream, essence, and lotion and a pharmaceutical agent such as ointment, cream, paste, lotion, liniment, external use liquid, aerosol, and plaster.
