METHOD FOR ISOLATION OF MICROORGANISMS OF SALMONELLA GENUS FROM FOOD PRODUCTS BY MEANS OF TEST-SYSTEM RIDASCREEN®SALMONELLA

摘要

A method for isolation of microorganisms of Salmonella genus from food products by means of test-system RIDASCREEN®Salmonella comprises preliminary enrichment of material with subsequent carrying out of immunoenzymatic assay. Herewith the simplified enrichment procedure is carried out in one stage, and bacterium of Salmonella genus is detected.
