The invention relates to the methods for production of formed coke or graphite, and can be used in ferrous and nonferrous-metals industries. The method for continuous simultaneous production of formed coke or graphite with tailor-made properties, fractional removal of coke gas and gradual cooling of products contains the stages on which:work synchronization of boxes set of continuous technological line for production of formed coke or graphite with tailor-made properties is carried out;the productivity and products quality are increased at forming of charge coal composition, its drying, grinding, milling, plasticization and briquetting by using of ultrasound and vibration energies,productiveness and products quality are increased at coking of coal charge by using of ultraviolet and infrared rays energies,productiveness and products quality are increased at carrying out of gradual dry cooling of coke products by means of ultrasound energy. The invention for its carrying out is claimed. The invention provides increase in productivity of producing method; complete using of energy resources and complex utilization of material wastes. |
