METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF MEMBRANE-ACTING ACTIVITY OF A CRYO-PROTECTOR

摘要

A method for determination of membrane-acting activity of a cryo-protector comprises introduction to test membranes of fluorescent probes, registration of spectra of fluorescence of those and mathematical processing of spectral data obtained. To membranes that was subjected to effect of cryo-protector and to membranes that was not subjected to effect of cryo-protector one introduces a set of fluorescent probes comprising probes with different location in lipid bi-layer of membranes, and mathematical processing of spectral data consists in that by data of spectra one determines intensities of fluorescence of probes.
