PURPOSE: A polyurethane composition for spandex fibers is provided to improve adhesion between filaments and to prevent scum generation at post-process. CONSTITUTION: A polyurethane resin composition for spandex fiber contains 90-99.9 wt% of polyurethane resin composition and 0.1-10.0 wt% of rosin compounds. The polyurethane resin composition contains diisocyanate including 4,4-diphenylmethanediisocyanate, 1,5'-naphthalenediisocyanate, 1,4'-phenylene diisocyanate, hexamethylene diisocyanate, 1,4'-cyclohexane diisocyanate, 4,4'-dicyclo hexyl methanediisocyanate, or isophorone diisocyanate. The rosin compound is rosin or rosin derivatives and contains abietic acid of chemical formula 1 as an active ingredient. |
