PURPOSE: A mobile terminal and a hologram controlling method thereof are provided to efficiently control each scenario in case a hologram is applied to a mobile terminal. CONSTITUTION: A hologram output unit displays a hologram image. A display unit(151) displays content which is selected by a user. A controlling unit(180) controls the hologram image which is displayed by input of the hologram image. The hologram image includes a two-dimensional hologram, a three-dimensional hologram, and a cubic type hologram. The two-dimensional hologram includes an image which is converted from a plane type or a voice.
