PURPOSE: A geothermal heat exchanger equipped with a capillary heat pipe, anti-freezing device for roads and brides using the same, and geothermal air conditioning device are provided to store and use thermal energy only using the capillary heat pipe without additional devices such as pumps, and to increase the amount of geothermal heat. CONSTITUTION: A geothermal heat exchanger equipped with a capillary heat pipe comprises a heat exchange unit, and a heat transferring pipe(20). Working liquids(23) are injected into the heat transferring pipe formed into the capillary shape. One side of the heat transferring pipe placed near the heat exchange unit transfers heat, and the other side is buried under the ground. The heat transferring pipe transfers the heat of the heat exchange unit to under the ground if the ground is heated more than the underground. The heat transferring pipe transfers underground heat to the heat exchange unit if the ground is more cooled than the underground.
