PURPOSE: A portable folding receipt box is provided to be carried by installing wheels on the bottom thereof and minimize the volume thereof by folding the receipt box. CONSTITUTION: A portable folding receipt box comprises a bottom unit(10), several side walls(20,30a,30b,40a,40b), and a plurality of hinges(h11,h12,h21,h22,h31,h32,h41,h42,h51,h52), a plurality of wheels(50), first locking unit(70a,70b), and second locking units(70c,70d). The bottom unit comprises wheels. The wheels are installed on the corner of the folding receipt box. A rear unit is connected to the bottom unit by a hinge. A left unit is connected to the left of the rear unit by a hinge. The left unit is arranged on the left of the bottom unit.
