PURPOSE: A light emitting diode including a substrate reflector and a light emitting diode package are provided to improve light reflection efficiency by installing a substrate reflector on the back side of a substrate. CONSTITUTION: A light emitting structure(10) is laminated on a substrate(1). The light emitting structure includes a first conductive semiconductor layer(11), an active layer(13) and a second conductive semiconductor layer(12). A first electrode(21) is electrically connected to the first conductive semiconductor layer. A second electrode(22) is electrically connected to the second conductive semiconductor layer. A reflector(30) is formed on the back side of the substrate.
