PURPOSE: A dial lock is provided to facilitate the change of password by freely rotating dial panels. CONSTITUTION: A main body comprises a knob hole(11) and dial holes. A closing groove, an opening groove, a reset unit, and a stop unit are successively formed on the outer circumference of a cam shaft(40). A dial shaft(20) is installed in the rear side of the main body across the dial holes. Key protrusion releasing parts are formed in the intervals between multiple key protrusions. Dial panel inner wheels are fitted in the dial shaft to move toward the cam shaft by receiving spring tension. A gear part(71) engaging with hanging protrusions are formed in the inner center of multiple dial panels. A shaft hole with a key groove is formed in one side of a slider(80).
