PURPOSE: A relay apparatus, a relay controlling method, an apparatus thereof, and a system thereof are provided to confirm an operation state of a relay and to control the operation of the relay. CONSTITUTION: One or more current sensors(20a-20n) senses current flowing into one or more relays. A controlling unit(10) confirms an operation state about one or more relays through the amount of current. The controlling unit controls one or more relays according to a relay control command. A plurality of converting units converts the outputted current sensing signal.
