PURPOSE: A semiautomatic spring up puller is provided to rapidly separate a locking hook from a coil spring and to prevent the locking hook from becoming separated from a spring clip. CONSTITUTION: A semiautomatic spring up puller comprises a body(10), a support block, a locking hook(30), and an elastic member(40). The body is extended into a long rod shape. The support block is formed in one end of the body. One end of the locking hook is connected to the support block with a hinge, and a hook(31) is formed in the other end. The hook is bent to be hooked into a coil spring clip. The elastic member applies elastic force in order that the locking hook is formed at predetermined angle to the support angle.
