PURPOSE: A polycarbonate resin composition is provided to have excellent flexibility, impact resistance, chemical resistance, and transparence all together. CONSTITUTION: A polycarbonate resin composition comprises biphenyl-based polycarbonate, and siloxane based polycarbonate. The biphenyl based polycarbonate is manufactured by reacting aromatic dihydroxy compound, and biphenyl compound with carbonate precursor. The aromatic dihydroxy compound is a compound in chemical formula 1, or a mixture thereof. In chemical formula 1, R1 and R2 are respectively hydrogen, halogen, or a C1-8 alkyl group, and a and b is an integer from 0-4, and Z is a C1-8 alkylene group, a C2-8 alkylidene group, C5-15 cycloalkylene group, C5-15 cycloalkylidene group, -S-, -SO-, SO2-, -O-, or -CO-.
