PURPOSE: A stationary roller apparatus for a railway turnout is provided to increase the safety of a railway by reducing horizontal loads applied to a tongue rail, and to smoothly move the tongue rail left and right by controlling a height of the roller apparatus. CONSTITUTION: A stationary roller apparatus for a railway turnout comprises a roller unit(100), a holder(200), and gauge tie rod(300). The roller unit is closely installed to a bottom of a tongue rail. The roller unit supports the tongue rail, and smoothly moves the tongue rail left and right. The holder is connected to the gauge tie rod and supports the roller unit. The holder comprises a latching projection(210), a rail contact surface(220), a support surface(230), and a through hole. The latching projection is formed to be latched to a left bottom of a stock rail. The rail contact surface contacts with the bottom of the stock rail. The support surface is formed low as much as the set height from the rail contact surface and the roller unit is installed. The through hole is formed on both sides of a double rectangular. The gauge tie rod is mounted to the through hole of the holder, and prevents the stock rail from expanding.
