PURPOSE: An insulation-waterproof method using non-solvent urethane foam and structure for insulation-waterproof using the same are provided to maintain an excellent waterproof function for a long time by preventing cracks on a liquid-applied membrane waterproofing layer. CONSTITUTION: An insulation-waterproof structure using non-solvent urethane foam comprises a non-solvent urethane foam layer(110) and a waterproof layer. The non-solvent urethane foam layer forms urethane foam, and comprises an insulation function. The waterproof layer is formed on an outer side of the non-solvent urethane foam layer.
