PURPOSE: A fixing structure of a header pipe and a baffle for a heat exchanger is provided to prevent a baffle from being separated from a header pipe when the baffle is brazed. CONSTITUTION: A fixing structure of a header pipe and a baffle for a heat exchanger is composed as follows. A baffle(20) is inserted into a baffle insertion hole(11) of a header pipe(10). The baffle insertion hole is formed smaller than the radius of the header pipe. An insertion part(21), an exposed part(22), and compression wings(23) are formed on the baffle. Linear insertion parts(24) corresponding to the thickness of the header pipe are formed between the compression wings and the insertion part and are inserted into the baffle insertion hole. The compression wings are compressed to the outer diameter of the header pipe.
