PURPOSE: A content management method and apparatus thereof are provided to prevent loads of a system from being increased by storing transmission streaming data in a cache. CONSTITUTION: An electronic apparatus creates remaining files except for TS(Transport Stream) files(405). In case a cache file is existed in a cache list, the electronic apparatus selects one cache file from usable cache files(407). The electronic apparatus moves a write pointer to zero(409). The electronic apparatus displays the selected file as a used file(411). The electronic apparatus records transmission streaming data to the cache file(423).
