PURPOSE: An electronic mail integrated management apparatus and method thereof are provided to enable a user to receive mails in online according to desired dates by providing mail arrival notification to the mobile terminal and electronic mail of a receiver. CONSTITUTION: A receipt information management unit(120) manages receipt information and content. A content management unit(130) changes the content into realizable types. The content management unit transmits arrival notification information. A content transmission management unit(140) manages channel information for transmitting reception method selecting information and the content. The content transmission management unit transmits the content in the selected method according to the reception method selecting information.
