PURPOSE: A card transaction providing smart phone and method thereof are provided to authenticate and output pushed volatile authentication values in a smart phone by using values previously agreed with an issuing company server. CONSTITUTION: When user ID(Identity) values are inputted through an interface, a user registration unit(130) transmits issuing company information and the user ID values to a relay server agreed with an issuing company. A push signal processing unit(140) receives a push signal for volatile authentication values from an issuing company server corresponding to the issuing company information. An authentication value output unit(145) outputs the pushed volatile authentication values on a screen.
