PURPOSE: Sports equipment for finger and wrist training is provided to be beneficial for human health including blood circulation by generating beneficial magnetic fields. CONSTITUTION: Sports equipment for finger and wrist training comprises a permanent magnet(18), a storage space(344), a sound cover(210), a rotating sensor(360) and a display unit(319). A rotator(10) of the permanent magnet helps blood circulation by minute current. An operation string can be stored inside a case of the storage space. The operation string is used for adding initial torque to the rotator. The sound cover minimizes vibration and noise generated by rotation of the rotator. A snap ring is placed between the rotator and the case. The rotating sensor senses rotation number of the rotator by being installed between the rotator and the case.
