PURPOSE: An anisotropic conductive film is provided to improve insulating and conductivity properties between adjacent circuit terminals by successively laminating a first insulating adhesive layer, a conductive adhesive layer, and a second insulating adhesive layer. CONSTITUTION: A first insulating adhesive layer(2) is formed on a base film(1). A conductive adhesive layer(3) is successively laminated on a second insulating adhesive layer(4). A ratio of a melting point is 1.5 to 3.5. The first and second insulating adhesive layers include a binder part, a hardening part, and a radical initiator. The binder part includes a polyurethane resin and an acryl resin.
