PURPOSE: A portable terminal cooling apparatus is provided to reduce manufacturing costs by eliminating a heat sinking plane from a portable terminal. CONSTITUTION: A rear plane(30) is connected with an inner plane(20) of a portable terminal by heat. A heat conduction bonding layer(40) is spread on the plane between a front plane and the rear plane. The rear plane includes an electric heating unit(31) extended to an inside portable terminal. The heat conduction bonding layer prevents heat loss by contacting the plane to the electric heating unit. The heat conduction bonding layer increases heat conduction rates.
