PURPOSE: An environmentally-friendly weeding method and a device thereof are provided to prevent heat from being emitted to outside and enhancing weeding efficiencies. CONSTITUTION: An environmentally-friendly weeding method comprises the following steps: spraying high temperature water or steam on top of weeds through a nozzle(230); scanning heat on the weeds; generating bubbles right after spraying; and killing the weeds by forming a foaming film which cuts off the generated heat. A foam generating agent which forms the foaming film is formed by adding and mixing sweetener which uses sucrose as a main component and a foaming agent. 20 wt% or less of the foaming agent is mixed for the weight of water in order to form high temperature water or steam.
