A PIVOT ASSEMBLY

PURPOSE: Pivot assembly is provided to minimize a gap between a pivot and top and bottom bearings by inserting a spacer into an empty space between an inner ring of the top bearing and an inner ring of the bottom bearing. CONSTITUTION: A pivot(40) is composed of a connection bar connected with a robot arm. The pivot is formed at one side of a body. A bottom bearing(30) is arranged at the lower side of a projection and is inserted into a hollow of the body. A top bearing(50) is arranged at the upper side of the projection and is inserted into the hollow of the body. A spacer(60) eliminates biased pressure added to an inner ring of the top bearing and the bottom bearing. A cap(70) fixes the pivot, the bottom bearing, the top bearing, and the spacer.
