PURPOSE: A scroll method and a device thereof are provided to increase operation convenience by easily indicating various scroll screens through a touch operation. CONSTITUTION: A touch event processor(101) senses the circular data touch by calculating the inputted coordinate value. A controller(100) scrolls the current displayed scrollable screen by the circular data touch. The touch event processing unit senses the straight drag touch before sensing the circular data touch. The controller determines the scroll size according to the length of the arc of the circle of the circle data touch.
