PURPOSE: A waterproof member and a waterproof system for a pipeline using the same are provided to widen a contact area because a protruded part being joined to a box in one side is outwardly distorted by a box in the other side when joining both boxes so that a waterproof structure is formed between the protruded part and the box in the other side. CONSTITUTION: A waterproof member and a waterproof system for a pipeline using the same comprise a body(210) and a plurality of protruded part(220). The lower part of body is buried in the one pipeline forming box(100a) in ones side among a plurality of the pipeline forming boxes. When the body is joined to the pipeline forming box in the other side, the protruded part is outwardly distorted. The plurality of the protruded parts is formed in the top of the body along a longitudinal direction. A concavo-convex part(221) is formed in a contact area contacting to the pipeline forming box in the other side. The concavo-convex part is formed along a longitudinal direction of the protruded part.
