PURPOSE: A filled wall pipe for indicating classification using waste plastic and industrial waste and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to accurately check purposes through an exterior of a pipe. CONSTITUTION: A filled wall pipe for indicating classification using waste plastic and industrial waste comprises a filler(11), a reinforcing uneven grooves(12), a coating member(13), and classification indicators. The filler is composed of waste plastic 30-70wt.%, industrial waste 20-40wt.%, anti-shrinking agent 5-15wt.%, filling material 15-25wt.%, reinforcing agent 5-15wt.%, and additives 0.1-1wt.%. The reinforcing uneven grooves are coated by the coating member after forming on the exterior of the filler at predetermined intervals. Indicator fixing grooves(21) are formed on the exterior of both connecting surfaces(14) of the coating member. The classification indicators are charged in the indicator fixing grooves as an I-shape.
