PURPOSE: A photocurable and thermocurable sealant composition is provided to have excellent adhesive strength and low contraction ratio, and to remarkably reduce overflow of sealant component by liquid form, thereby fundamentally preventing the contamination of liquid crystal. CONSTITUTION: A photocurable and thermocurable sealant composition comprises 10-80 weight% of curable resin, and 0.1-15 weight% of thermo curing agent. The curable resin consists of: 10-80 weight% of one or more acryl-modified epoxy resin in which epoxy groups of terminals are substituted to acryl groups; 0-25 weight% of one or more monofunctional and polyfunctional acrylic and methacrylic monomers; and 0.1-10 weight% of self-initiation type acrylic monomer. The viscosity of the epoxy acrylate is 20,000-1,000,000 cps.
