摘要	PURPOSE: A food waste treating apparatus is provided to eliminate particles from exhaust gas by implementing a chemical reaction between the particles and radicals from an ionizer in connection with a drying furnace and a gas pipe. CONSTITUTION: A food waste treating apparatus includes a gas pipe(40), an ionizer(120), a discharging container(30), and a gas sensor(160). The gas pipe is in connection with a drying furnace(10). The ionizer is in connection with the gas pipe. The ion outlet(150) of the ionizer is in connection with the drying furnace. The gas inlet(110) of the ionizer is in connection with the gas pipe. The discharging container is positioned at the lower part of the ion outlet. Treated food waste is discharged from the drying furnace to the discharging container. The gas sensor is positioned between the drying furnace and the gas pipe. The operation of the ionizer is controlled by the gas sensor.
