PURPOSE: A metal chip removing apparatus for a chute is provided to reduce a removing space by detachably inserting a plurality of magnetic bars into a bar cover. CONSTITUTION: A metal chip removing apparatus for a chute includes a magnetic bar moving part and a bar cover moving part. The magnetic bar moving part includes a magnetic bar cylinder(111), a rod(112), a supporting plate(113), and a guiding piece(114). The magnetic bar moving part further includes a magnetic bar moving plate and a plurality of magnetic bars. The magnetic bar cylinder and the rod are fixed to both sides of a chute body(10). The supporting plate is combined with end part of the rod. The bar cover moving part includes a bar cover cylinder(121), a rod(122), a bar cover moving plate(123), and a bar cover. The bar cover cylinder is formed at the upper side or the lower side of the magnetic bar cylinder to be opposite to the magnetic bars.
