PURPOSE: A piezo actuator is provided to amplify vibration generated by a vibration plate by using the vibration plate only for a seating part, mounting a weight on both sides of vibration plate so that the mass of an actuator increases. CONSTITUTION: A piezo(120) becomes contracted or expanded with an applied voltage. A vibration plate(130) generates vibration according to the contraction or expansion of the piezo. A weight(110) is located on both sides of the vibration plate and amplifies generated vibration. A connecting member(140) connects the vibration plate and the weight. Cases(150, 160) receive the piezo, the weight, and connecting member, etc.
