PURPOSE: A portable hydraulic and pneumatic module testing device is provided to directly test a hydraulic and pneumatic module for a hydraulic and pneumatic system in the field, and to grasp operational properties of the hydraulic and pneumatic module without external commercial power source. CONSTITUTION: A portable hydraulic and pneumatic module testing device comprises a mobile device(110) and an expansion input/output device(120). The mobile device embeds the database of a hydraulic and pneumatic module(10) for each manufacturing company and loads an application program for testing operational properties of the hydraulic and pneumatic module. The expansion input/output device communicates with the mobile device through wire/wireless communication and is served as a connection medium with the hydraulic and pneumatic module. The expansion input/output device comprises a communication part, a battery part, and an amplifier part. The amplifier part comprises a ramp generator, a pulse generator, an output terminal, an output drive, an input drive, a detecting circuit, and a LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer) circuit. The ramp generator generates inclination corresponding to analog values outputted after modulating pulse width in the communication part. The pulse generator generates oscillation output signals having a constant cycle pattern to increase response of the hydraulic and pneumatic module.
