PURPOSE: An insulating buried screw for a concrete sleeper and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to optimize the shape of insulating buried screws and to increase thermal expansion force absorptivity and external impact and vibration absorptivity. CONSTITUTION: An insulating buried screw for a concrete sleeper(V) comprises an outer sheath(10), an inner sheath, and a water inflow prevention cap(30). The outer sheath is formed in a cylindrical shape by folding the center of a steel plate or formed of two steel plates. The inner sheath is inserted into the outer sheath and is formed in a generally cylindrical shape. The water inflow prevention cap is fitted on the top of the inner sheath in a cylindrical shape.
