SYSTEM AND METHOD FOR EXTRACTING KEYWORD USING CATEGORY MATCHING

PURPOSE: A system and method for extracting keywords using category matching are provided to increase a renewal period by using the keywords and the matching information. CONSTITUTION: A importance calculation unit(101) calculates the significance of the keywords within the document. A category selector(120) selects the category of the document on the basis of the category of the keywords. A representative keyword determiner(103) determines representative keywords by considering the category and the importance of the keywords of the document. The importance calculation calculates the importance of the keywords by considering the keyword type and frequency information.
